In today's devotion, we sit with the invitation of Psalm 46:10 — "Be still and know that I am God" — and explore why stillness feels so difficult in a world built for distraction. We reflect on stillness as an act of faith, trust, and surrender, then move into a practical invitation to release worry and receive God's peace. The episode closes with a prayer, a challenge to trust more deeply this week, and a final scripture reminding us to trust the Lord with all our hearts.
